Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Manager to join our team at NCG Hospitality. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily maintenance operations at our properties to ensure a safe and happy stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our properties and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, including gathering proposals, making recommendations, and overseeing outside contractors.
- Perform repairs and maintenance of minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building-related components.
- Maintain the pool and spa to meet company, property brand, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the outdoor appearance of our properties, including lawn, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment.
- Must have and maintain a CPO certification.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our guests.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively problem-solve.
- Reliability and honesty are essential for this role.
