We are in search of a **Cloud Systems Engineer** to join our dynamic team at Sabree Software Services. Your expertise will be crucial in engaging with clients to clarify requirements, implement business logic, and enhance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scripts for **Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)** processes to facilitate data integration.
- Create scripts to establish direct connections to various data systems essential for business analytics and application functionality.
- Automate data ingestion processes as necessary.
- Assist in navigating the security accreditation process, which includes documenting system configurations, updating them to meet accreditation standards, and collaborating with security assessors.
- Support the distribution of reports to authorized users.
- Facilitate data sharing and acquisition efforts.
- Implement modifications to existing applications and data workflows based on client requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active **TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph**.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience.
- At least 7 years of specialized experience in enterprise and systems architecture.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud management solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in system disaster recovery and backup solution engineering.
- Extensive experience with **VMWare** and other virtualization technologies.
- Proven track record in providing technical leadership in architecture, engineering, and operational services.
- Experience in developing and integrating multiple data sources for customized dashboards for senior management and government clients.
- Familiarity with the **ITIL Framework**, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience in creating secure application systems in compliance with IC security guidelines.
- Experience in designing and maintaining IT infrastructure in cloud environments.
- Ability to assess the impact of proposed changes on future architectures and experience with the accreditation process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create original documentation.
- Experience in overseeing team efforts and mentoring junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as **AWS** and **Azure**.
- Experience with enterprise-level deployments, including governance and policy management.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- VMware Certified Professional.
- Oracle Certified Associate (OCA).
- Professional Scrum Master certification.
