About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate within Commercial Mortgage Servicing to provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support
  • Review customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions
  • Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer services
  • Provide information to managers and internal and external customers to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • A BS/BA Degree or higher
  • Client service experience, related business experience, or a combination of both
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Work Environment:

Schedule will be Monday- Friday; 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
