- Identify actual/potential problems for which the patient evaluates interventions and care and adjusts the plan as patient and family needs change.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify, develop, and/or revise patient education and care plans.
- Perform safe nursing care for patients in more complex situations with some assistance and supervision.
- Delegates/assigns and communicates expectations for care delivery processes to each member of the team.
- Teaches skills as necessary and coordinates patient care administered by other members of the nursing staff.
- Graduate of nursing school.
- 1 Year clinical experience.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association.
- Experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
