Role Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Communications Strategist to join our growing Communications team in Somerset, NJ. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and sharing our company's story, fostering connections among team members, and amplifying our values to support our growth and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communications: Develop and manage a strategic internal communications calendar to strengthen team connection to the company's vision, goals, and values.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging content that reinforces key themes such as innovation, growth, leadership, and being an employer of choice.
  • Executive Messaging: Support executive communications by developing content for thought leadership, social media, and key messages to help leaders connect with the team.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with HR to support our employer brand, embedding mission and values into every communication touchpoint.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate company-wide employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster collaboration and team spirit.
  • Process Improvement: Innovate and improve internal communication processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal skills to craft messages resonating with various audiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media, digital communication tools, and a genuine interest in leveraging technology for communication.
