Family Medicine Physician Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a Family Medicine Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
* Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
* Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
* Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
