Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist (CRT) in the state of California.
  • Experience with fluoroscopy and venipuncture procedures.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 4 x 10-hour shifts or Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed, and to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with MRI machines.
  • Ability to teach and mentor fellow technologists.
