$31-$45 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

What can you expect from being a Technician?
Collaborate as a team to execute front-end mechanical repairs, including but not limited to alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and the repair and replacement of components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.
What will make you a great fit for our team?Must possess prior diagnostic experience
Have a minimum of one year of professional experience in automotive repair.
Must be enthusiastic, ethical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to assess and identify necessary repairs and maintenance requirements
Must effectively communicate with team members to ensure mechanical issues are addressed and provide recommendations.
Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. and enduring continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
Must maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.
