About the Job

InsurSolv, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Control Inspector to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Loss Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in helping our clients identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Document findings and provide comprehensive reports to clients
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to meet client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-discipline and strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • VIITA Certification
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, fire fighting, general contracting, or property management
