Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Explain menu items to guests and make recommendations based on their preferences
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, seating them promptly and ensuring they have everything they need
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a server or host/hostess
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
