We are seeking a highly skilled nurse specialist to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic operating room environment at ALOIS Healthcare in Oregon.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operating room nurse to utilize their expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating with multidisciplinary professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surgical Care: Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding patient care, based on best-in-class medical practices and protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

This is a 26-week travel nursing opportunity that offers a competitive pay package, including a tax-free stipend amount. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise while contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Salary & Benefits

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
