Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a highly skilled CVOR Technologist to join our dedicated team in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the OR Service Leader in ensuring unit compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a resource in the CVOR, providing therapeutic care in a holistic, evidence-based environment.
  • Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Oversee the provision of care, analyzing data and improving processes continuously.
  • Serve as a liaison and information resource for the specialty.
Requirements
  • Certification: Basic Life Support upon start; Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA or Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C) via NCCT.
  • Registration: Eligible for Surgical Technologist registration via Commonwealth of Virginia at time of hire.
  • Experience: 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience in cardiac surgery.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
