Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of estimating experience in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on concrete projects.
  • Demonstrated success in preconstruction services, particularly for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of estimating practices, cost management, and material valuation.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating software and quantity take-off tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A solid grasp of the construction industry landscape with a commitment to staying updated on industry advancements.
