Globus Medical is a leading manufacturer of spinal implants and surgical instruments. We are seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Associate Spine Specialist will work closely with the Spine Territory Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote Globus Medical products and services.
  • Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our products.
  • Manage inventory levels, track sales performance, and provide regular feedback to the Spine Territory Manager.
  • Participate in sales training programs, attend industry events, and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in spinal surgery.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of successful spine sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of spinal anatomy and surgical procedures.
