Morning Front Desk Ambassador

As a Morning Front Desk Ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with their queries.
• Process member sign-ups, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns.
• Operate the point-to-sale system for beverage and merchandise purchases.
• Use the POS system to handle new membership cards, address changes, and billing/payment inquiries.

• Ensure the front desk area and lobby remain clean and organized.
• Regularly clean and maintain facilities, including moping, trash removal, window cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Regularly clean exercise equipment and tanning beds.
• Regularly clean restrooms and wet areas.

• Applicants for overnight positions must undergo a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of employment.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact positively and professionally with members and staff.
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• CPR/AED certification within company-mandated timeframes and physical ability to perform CPR/AED if needed.

• Walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequently bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching, twisting, grasping, and performing repetitive hand motions.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate weights (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to speak continuously during shifts.
• Physical ability to administer CPR in case of emergency.
• Normal visual range with or without correction.
• Normal audio range with or without correction.

A competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 applies.
