Job Description: Network Human Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall well-being and quality of life of our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct resident care, including activities of daily living, individual plan goal activities, socialization, and more.

You will also be responsible for routine residence maintenance, safeguarding and handling resident belongings, and documenting electronic health records. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support possible. You will be responsible for participating in all aspects of direct resident care, including activities of daily living, individual plan goal activities, socialization, and more. You will also be responsible for routine residence maintenance, safeguarding and handling resident belongings, and documenting electronic health records.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $38,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are committed to delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living, individual plan goal activities, and socialization.
  • Participate in routine residence maintenance, including cleaning, laundry, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Safeguard and handle resident belongings and funds on the premises.
  • Document electronic health records, including resident status assessments, daily task analysis charts, and other required records.


Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Connecticut Driver's License and eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents when necessary.
  • Competent in basic computer skills and experienced with electronic health records.
