Arvest Bank Operations, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing expert financial guidance, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Guidance: Offer expert financial guidance to customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including digital banking solutions, and provide recommendations to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other banking professionals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Competitive Compensation: $22.50 per hour.
