We are seeking a reliable and skilled delivery driver to join our team at Route Elite. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to deliver packages to businesses and residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to various locations
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and management
  • Accurately track and record delivery information using a scanner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery goals
Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record
  • Pass a DOT physical and have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be able to safely lift and carry packages up to 75 pounds and up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
  • Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:

Starting at $18 per hour, up to $25 per hour, depending on experience and performance
