Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with students in a K-12th grade educational setting to implement behavior intervention plans and provide behavioral support and intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support and intervention in educational settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavior and academic success.
  • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed.
  • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioral interventions.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Illinois Paraprofessional License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
  • A passion for working with students with behavioral challenges.
