With over two decades of experience mobilizing voters, we have successfully facilitated millions of interactions, including knocks, calls, texts, and new voter registrations, both nationally and within Texas.

We are committed to employing effective strategies that include research-based best practices, continuous program evaluations, innovative approaches, metrics-driven analyses, and the use of modern technologies and systems.

Our offerings encompass comprehensive campaign planning, high-quality canvassing programs, professional training for Get Out The Vote (GOTV) and community outreach, targeted audience engagement, goal setting, analytics, data management, and the recruitment and training of skilled personnel to execute large-scale GOTV and outreach initiatives. We also provide onboarding, payroll, and HR support services.

We are currently in search of a Bilingual Community Canvasser to advance vital community initiatives.

Position Requirements

  • Availability to work 30+ hours weekly, including weekends during peak voting periods.
  • Exceptional listening abilities and the capacity to maintain structured dialogues with voters.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly organized team setting.
  • Comfortable canvassing independently, including during evening hours.
  • Possession of a mobile phone for data management during work.
  • Capability to meet essential performance metrics such as doors knocked and voter conversations.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Openness to learning and constructive feedback for personal growth.
  • Ability to adapt and enhance work practices based on performance metrics.
  • Capacity to work through shifts without scheduled breaks.
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Basic navigation skills are necessary for efficient community outreach.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Compliance with COVID safety protocols, including vaccination verification or bi-weekly testing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted door-to-door canvassing in designated communities.
  • Inform community members about the voting process and endorsed candidates.
  • Distribute educational materials and candidate support information door-to-door.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • Record all necessary data regarding daily activities, including doors knocked and voters engaged.
  • Document any challenges faced in the field and propose solutions to overcome them.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Refrain from working for other candidates during employment.
