Campus Pastor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Campus Pastor to lead our Liberty Hill campus. As a spiritual leader, you will be responsible for fostering spiritual growth among staff, volunteers, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inspiring worship services that promote spiritual growth and community engagement.
• Foster a sense of belonging among staff, volunteers, and the community.
• Champion One Chapel's culture and values within the local campus.
• Steward campus resources wisely and identify community needs.
• Mobilize the church family to serve and articulate One Chapel's vision locally.
• Cultivate an environment of sacrificial worship and work closely with the Lead Pastor.
