We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RNA to join our team at Torrance Post Acute. As a full-time RNA, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
