Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will:
- Lead a teaching team in developing classroom objectives and implementing hands-on activities that reflect children's interests.
- Maintain open communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's daily activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a higher level of education.
- Have a minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
