Your Role:

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will:

  • Lead a teaching team in developing classroom objectives and implementing hands-on activities that reflect children's interests.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's daily activities.
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a higher level of education.
  • Have a minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $22.75 to $27.80 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
