Truck Hauler

Penske Truck Leasing is a premier transportation provider seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill the unique position of Hiker (Vehicle Transporter/Truck Driver). This role is responsible for delivering vehicles to Penske locations and customers, moving box trucks up to 26', and providing assistance to the service department. As a Freight Transport Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a casual/on-call part-time capacity, perfect for licensed CDL Class B or CDL Class A drivers seeking supplemental income.

• Safely transport vehicles to designated locations
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order
• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment when required
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles

• 2 years of driving experience required
• 2 years of a clean DMV motor vehicle record required
• CDL Class B license required; CDL Class A license preferred

$19.00 per hour
