Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring equipment, and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
  • Monitor equipment and product quality, obtaining maintenance support as needed
  • Perform simple to moderately complex trouble-shooting related to product or equipment
  • May use computer-based workflows applications to manage files
  • Accurately document activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with production machinery
  • Basic Math & Reading & Computer skills
