Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician-ordered plans of care.
• Treat clients through therapeutic activities designed to restore function and promote self-care activities.
• Demonstrate and teach alternative techniques for daily living activities, transfers, and positioning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care.
• Develop, maintain, and submit accurate client care progress records within 24 hours of visits.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• Preferred experience in home health care.
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
