Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team at KT-ABA LLC. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disorders in a home-based setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients in a home-based setting, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-help skills.
  • Collect data to monitor client progress and provide regular written and verbal updates to families and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • RBT certification by the BACB, in good standing.
  • Prior experience in ABA and/or working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disorders is preferred but not required.
  • Sensitivity to working with diverse populations of children and families.
  • Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations.
  • Reliable means of transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Current and valid CPR certification.
  • Successful background clearance, driving record check, and reference checks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience or a college degree is preferred.
