Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat wounds and bedsores with care and attention.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.
- Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Utica, New York. We are committed to providing post-acute care that sets the standard of excellence and exceeds the expectations of our residents, staff, and community. Our services include Skilled Nursing, Respite, Hospice, and Post-acute Rehabilitation, and we are affiliated with an Assisted Living Program and Adult Day Care.
