Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care services, ensuring the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform vital signs, and conduct routine assessments as needed.
- Current and valid LVN license issued by the State of California.
- BCLS certification upon hire and maintenance.
- ACLS certification within 60 days of hire and maintenance.
- IV certification upon hire.
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care medical-surgical setting preferred.
