Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team in AGM department at Walmart. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right products and answering their questions.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.

• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to create an attractive shopping experience.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.

• Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
