About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in Australia. As a HomebuilderONE Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art HomebuilderONE solution, leveraging your expertise in the homebuilding industry and the HomebuilderONE application.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions that solve business issues using in-depth knowledge of the HomebuilderONE application and homebuilding industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop, test, and implement HomebuilderONE solutions.
  • Identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.
  • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications when necessary.
  • Document business requirements that express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with other HomebuilderONE functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
  • Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and train customer resources.
  • Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant to our customers or the company's services.
  • Manage full-cycle management coordination of a project and the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong background in homebuilding, preferably having worked in the homebuilding industry with an understanding of the full end-to-end homebuilding process.
  • Proven experience working on a homebuilding ERP system is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathering during problem analysis and coping with rapidly changing information.
  • Successfully manage multiple deadlines, prioritizing as appropriate and providing timely status updates on open projects.
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
