Job Responsibilities:

- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Stepdown Unit setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work 3x12 hour night shifts.
