Nuclear Medicine Technologist Career Opportunity in Seattle

We are currently seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals and make a positive impact on patient care.
Job Summary:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging, radiation therapy, and patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nuclear medicine principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging and radiation therapy procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients correctly
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to physicians and other healthcare team members
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient information accurately
- Share on-call responsibilities with other team members if required
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements:
- Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current certification in nuclear medicine technology (e.g., CNMT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
