Responsibilities

As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies
  • Conducting research and analysis to support trial preparation
  • Working closely with support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management
  • Participating in trial teams and contributing to the development of trial strategies
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • An active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the New York state bar
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
