About the Role

Guild is seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group counseling sessions to residents
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of residents to ensure treatment interventions match their current functioning and needs
  • Communicate treatment interventions and methods to provide coordination and define service direction
  • Participate in team meetings and processes for communication concerning clients
  • Participate in clinical supervision team meetings as required
Requirements
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences
  • Current clinical license as a mental health professional in Minnesota with no restrictions (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20-50 pounds
  • A valid MN Class 'D' Driver's License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record, and necessary insurance
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and cannot have received services within the last two years
