Job Title: Hospice RN

Interim HealthCare of West Michigan is a leading provider of post-acute care services in West Michigan. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Hospice division. This RN position offers flexibility and a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Complete ongoing assessments of patients' physical and psycho-social status
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group, patients, and families
  • Provide education and interventions to manage patients' pain and symptoms
  • Ensure equipment, supplies, and necessary items are available
  • Document patient services accurately and timely
Requirements
  • RN with active, unrestricted license in Michigan
  • At least one year of relevant experience as an RN
  • One year of management experience (preferred)
  • Current CPR Certification
