Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Heartsworth Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that residents receive timely and effective care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, including charting and documentation of resident care and progress.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident-centered care.
Requirements:
Current state license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled individuals, with a commitment to providing person-centered care.
