Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage food service operations in Circle K stores to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement training programs for store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the business unit to design and execute food sampling programs for employees and customers.
  • Lead in-store training sessions on new food service programs and products.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide recommendations for improving food service operations based on BUQAS visits.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Education or instructional experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods retail and food service industry.
  • Experience in training, leadership, team building, and communication.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Food Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe, NRFSP).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
