Job DescriptionAt PrideStaff, we're seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality metal products using a variety of techniques and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional products that meet their specifications.Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of welding, structural brake forming, and other fabrication processes to create complex metal products.
  • Position, align, and fit parts for the formation of subunits or complete units using jigs, hand tools, and welding torches.
  • Locate and mark workpiece cutting and bending lines, taking into account welding and machine shrinkage, stock thickness, and other component specifications.
  • Evaluate detailed instructions, specifications, drawings, or documentation to determine how components are to be constructed, modified, maintained, assembled, or fabricated.
  • Study blueprints and engineering drawings to determine project task sequences and requirements.
  • Lay out and examine metalwork pieces or stock to ensure that client specifications are met.
  • Handle, position, move, and install materials using arms and hands, and manipulate things.
  • Set up and operate fabricating machines like rolls, brakes, flame cutters, drill presses, grinders, and shears to cut, form, drill, bend, and punch.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, or structures for identifying the cause of problems or errors or defects.

First shift with overtime as needed.

Pay: $18-$25 Hour Depending on Experience.
