RN Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Manager in Home Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our care center and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Recommends employment decisions for staff to the Director of Operations, including hiring, firing, advancing, promoting, or changing status.
- Responsible for the overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
- Organizes clinical operations for the care center, including reviewing requests for services and determining patient eligibility/suitability for home care services.
- Reviews documentation of other staff members and ensures missing, incomplete, or untimely documentation issues are resolved.
- Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term patient goals, setting priorities, and developing the Plan of Care (POC).
- Regularly evaluates the needs of the patient and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with clinicians.
- May provide direct patient care on an infrequent basis in times of emergency.
- Assists with training of staff to ensure quality care, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
