We are seeking highly skilled Registered Technologists to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our cardiovascular program. With the recent announcement of our state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, we will be equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We collaborate closely with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists, ensuring seamless patient care.

Certifications and Awards:

  • American College of Cardiology Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation
  • American College of Cardiology NCDR Registry Gold Award
  • Women's Choice Award in Heart Care
  • Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) Echo Accreditation
  • American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation

About this Role:

This position requires the preparation of equipment before and during procedures, as well as identifying and assessing patient conditions. The successful candidate will ensure a sterile environment, provide patient care, and establish strong working relationships with physicians and leadership. As a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, you will play a key role in mentoring and training the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of equipment and maintenance of a sterile environment
  • Patient assessment and care
  • Collaboration with physicians and leadership
  • Mentoring and training of new staff members

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility
  • Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with ACLS training to be achieved within six months of hire

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
