Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with individuals and families to identify and address behavioral challenges, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide training and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to individuals and families, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavioral plans, and provide training and support to staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • LABA License required.
  • BCBA Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
