As a Program Coordinator in the Cardiac Cath Lab at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical program. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating activities and workflows, planning and implementing patient care, and maintaining program documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality care and coordinate patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation to support regulatory compliance.
- Assist with staff training and development to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve problems, implement new services, and improve performance measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Three years' registered nurse experience.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs. You will also spend time sitting, standing, walking, and using your vision and hearing to communicate with patients and staff.
