Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu offerings, and daily specials.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items and restaurant services.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Keep the hostess area clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Engage in training programs to enhance guest service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
