About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiological Technologist 2 to join our team at the Iowa Medical & Classification Center (IMCC). As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiological technologist duties, including operating imaging equipment and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Develop and process radiographic images, using expertise to optimize image quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current certificate to practice diagnostic radiography as issued by the Iowa Department of Public Health
  • Experience equal to two years of full-time work in radiology
