JWilliams Staffing is hiring a Residential Custodian to maintain the appearance of our apartment properties. As a Residential Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all common areas and vacant units.

Responsibilities include:

  • Spiffing vacant units - providing final cleaning detail to recently renovated units, including appliances, counters, cabinets, sinks, vanities, tubs, showers, hard-floor surfaces, carpet flooring, windows and doors
  • Replacing trash liners throughout property, cleaning and restocking restrooms
  • Some light maintenance tasks (replacing lightbulbs, touch-up paint, pressure washing)

This position offers a competitive salary of $17-$18 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay, referral bonuses, and convenient commute and schedule options.
