Job Title: Physical Therapist Specialist
">About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
Salary Information: This is a competitive 5x8 days contract position with an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$110,000 based on experience and location.
Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF/LTC settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current PT license within the state of practice.
- 1 year of recent experience as a PT specializing in SNF/LTC.
