Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as toileting, bathing, and dressing
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Carry out a plan of care that best supports the client's needs
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in personal care
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work 12 hours per week
