Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and make emergency repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other building equipment.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintained in accordance with Bowlero Corp and OSHA standards.
  • Train new mechanics and assist in the development of preventative maintenance programs.
  • Keep the center equipment in full working order and ensure the shop and machine area is clean and organized.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of mechanical experience.
  • High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train new mechanics.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
  • Proven team player with a strong work ethic.
