About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Market Basket Foods' 864 Magnolia location. In this role, you will be responsible for baking and producing a variety of products, including breads, pastries, and bagels, according to established recipes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake and produce products according to recipe specifications;
  • Prepare bakery and specialty products for sale;
  • Inspect products during the baking process and preparation;
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards;
  • Follow production schedules to meet customer demand;
  • Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service.
